Sleep Better, Deeper, Faster

I was a bit skeptical at first, but taking Shanti has been a game changer. After taking Shanti for a couple of weeks, I feel more calm and focused which enables me to handle stress much better. I’m also able to fall asleep faster and actually stay asleep.

I honestly can't believe how well Shanti has worked for myself and so many of my friends and family. I had extreme sleep deprivation that caused anxiety. I couldn't fall asleep for days. I've been using Shanti for almost 6 months now, and find it helpful in aiding my both falling asleep and staying asleep. Regular medicine is shot lived or makes me mega groggy so I can't take it at a reasonable time and it's been hard to find natural supplements that work consistently. I am really pleased. with Shanti. The wife and I have been taking the Shanti product for several weeks now and are seeing some interesting results. Definitely feeling calmer though the day even though it seems our lives are always filled with stress inducing events. I took Shanti for about a week when I started to notice that I was more calm and didn't have the anxiety I had before. After taking it after a week, I started to sleep ALL the way thru the night, which hadn't happened in years. I stopped taking it as I didn't think it was working. That was a big mistake. I suddenly realized what it had done for me. I never want to be without it and I've recommended it to my mother.

Shanti is a great product! It has brought down my cortisol level so I feel less stressed and reset my inner clock so my body knows when it is night, it is time to sleep, not stay up all night. I feel more balanced.

19 years of chronic insomnia caused by PTSD. I have been to countless hospital departments over the years - such as Endocrinology. Have been told my adrenalin levels remained too high to sleep.
