At Nutrasen Wellness, we are committed to creating nutritional supplements using premium sourced ingredients. We use only high purity ingredients at clinically effective doses. We don't skimp on the ingredients and provide you with the right dose for results.

We stand behind our products and ask that you try them and if they don't work for you call us within 90 days of your purchase date and we'll offer a refund. All unopened items must be returned in the original condition, fully sealed, not damaged and with no marks on the bottles in order to receive a refund.

A restocking fee is applied to any bottle(s) returned. Bottles not returned (empty or full) will not receive a refund. Our original shipping cost is also non-refundable, this applies to "Free Shipping" offers as well in which case our original cost to ship the product will be deducted from the refund amount when the product is returned and received.

Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

On multi-bottle orders, a refund is applied to any non opened bottles (fully sealed, undamaged with no marks on the bottles) and one opened bottle, any additional opened bottles do not receive a refund.
